Article 6 Basic Ethics for Employees

Chapter 14 (Prohibition of Conflicts of Interest)

1. Employees make efforts to avoid any actions or relationships that conflict with the interests of the company and prioritize the company's interests if conflicts arise between personal and the company's interests. Employees refrain from using internal information obtained through work for trading stocks.

2. Employees do not disclose important information that could affect the company's interests to external parties without proper procedures.

Chapter 15 (Protection of Company Property and Important Information)

1. Employees protect the company's physical and intellectual property, trade secrets, etc., and do not use them for personal purposes.

2. Employees refrain from pursuing personal gain using their position or engaging in unfair trading practices using confidential information obtained from the company.

3. Employees do not leak important information that could affect the company's interests to external sources.

Chapter 17 (Prevention of Sexual Harassment)

1. Employees refrain from engaging in any language or behavior, including physical, verbal, or visual, that may cause sexual discomfort and harm healthy relationships with colleagues.

Chapter 18 (Prohibition of Political Involvement)

1. Employees do not engage in political activities during working hours within the company and do not use the organization, personnel, and property of the company for political purposes.

2. While respecting individual voting rights and political opinions, employees should ensure that their political views and involvement are not misconstrued as the company's stance.

Chapter 19 (Prohibition of Bribery and Gifts)

1. Employees do not accept money, gifts, or favors from stakeholders or related parties.

2. Employees do not offer money, gifts, or favors beyond socially accepted norms in connection with company business to stakeholders or related parties.

3. Employees do not engage in the exchange of money or excessive gifts with each other.

Chapter 20 (Compliance with the Code of Ethics)

1. All employees faithfully comply with the Code of Ethics, and in the event of a violation, they take full responsibility for their actions.

2. Employees report any forced violation of the Code of Ethics or unfair practices to the Ethics Management Office.

3. Employees ensure a thorough investigation and prevention of the recurrence of violations of the Code of Ethics.

Addendum Article 1 [Effective Date] These guidelines shall be enacted and enforced from July 1, 2019.
